BV elektronik s.r.o. is an economically stable Czech – owned company with no foreign participation. The firm has the progressive program focussed on the development, design and production of the transformers and other wound parts for electrotechnical industry. All activities are aimed at the stable maintenance of the guaranteed production quality level so as to meet the costumers’ requirements in the fields of quality, price and time of delivery.
In the present time is the company composed of stabilized team 350 employees. They have very good technical and preproduction support including own maintenance and tool-making department.
High production quality consists in quality of material inputs as well as in precision of all steps in production operation progress. The system of quality control starts by the technical check of all materials entries, continues by the self-check in all production steps and several check operations during every production progress. The 100 % output check parameters of all types of products is a matter of course.
The next serious quality factor is precise technological routine. There is a technologist in every production section, who is responsible for drawing up a complete operational routine and its subsequent actualization on the base of the documented costumers’ requirements, so that the production would be able in every moment to fulfil all quality and function requirements. The technologist in cooperation with foremen or the Quality Manager realizes random control checks independently on checks prescribed in operational routine.
The production quality is influenced by the company infrastructure, indeed. The company buildings were completely reconstructed at last time and the production area was enlarged. At present the company possesses about 3000 m2 production and 1300 m2 technical administrative modern area. The reconstruction involved also store and expedition and led to significant improving of firm logistic. Serious importance was done to the work conditions and ecological aspects of the processes. Major part of production is realized on modern semiautomatic machines by reputable firms as Meteor or Marsilli. The main device for control and check system is a modern computer network, maintained by he professional firm and working with modern complex information system. That all issues not only in effective production, but also high quality level.
